Ink Scraper
The control of ink scraper in offset printing is a complex process
of ink transfer, including ink, plate and paper. In gravure
printing, the ink scraper is a mechanical operation, which is

must have abrasion resistance and high efficiency in order to
ensure the high quality of printing, and it must be suitable for
the long-lasting and high-speed needs of modern gravure printing.
The ink scraper is a sheet used to scrape off the excess ink on the
surface of the cylinder on the printing press. It is divided into
two types: metal and non-metal. In each printing process, the ink
scraper removes the ink in the unpatterned area is a key point.
